Products constructed from wood will vary, no two will be the same. Wood is a natural material which means that the color, grain, texture, ability to retain paint, etc, will vary from one piece to the next, including tiny imperfections. This should be taken into consideration prior to purchasing.
We use a variation of paints, stains, and sealers, which can be water or oil based. Check the product description for which type was used for that product. Please note, though some products are sealed, they are not meant to be in contact with water. Colors may fade over time due to exposure to direct sunlight, handling, and usage. We are not responsible for misuse of products.
Make sure to take a look at the detailed image which shows the engravings. Because each piece is unique, what's shown online may vary in person due to engraving depths. Colors shown online may also vary in person due to differences in device screen settings.
Q. What is the expected turnaround time?
A. Turnaround times can vary depending on the season and product(s) being ordered. At this time, products will be shipped within a few days of completed payment. Please keep in mind we have no control over how quick the products are delivered by the shipping company, especially due to the effects covid had worldwide.

A. There are no international sales at this time due to various reasons, including the shipping delays that have impacted international sales.
