Because each item is homemade taking many hours to create and the cost of materials used, there are NO refunds. Please keep this in mind prior to purchasing. If there happens to be an issue with your order, please reach out to us at info.cleverlabs@gmail.com. 

Prior to purchasing, please be aware that products will vary, no two will be the same due to the following: Wood is a natural material which means that the color, grain, texture, ability to retain paint, etc, will vary from one piece to the next, including tiny imperfections. Fabric creations using patterns, eye placement, and other features can be positioned different from another allowing each one to be unique treasures. Fabric creations are not meant for rough use and should be spot cleaned - do NOT use washer/dryer for items.  

We use a variation of paints, stains, and sealers, which can be water or oil based. Check the product description for which type was used for that product. Please note, though some products are sealed, they are not meant to be in contact with water. Colors may fade over time due to exposure to direct sunlight, handling, and usage. 

Make sure to take a look at the detailed image which shows the engravings. What's shown online may vary in person due to engraving depths. Colors shown online may also vary in person due to differences in device screen settings.

None of our products are to be placed in mouths or to be used with food.

Q. What is the expected turnaround time?

        A. Turnaround times can vary depending on the season and product(s) being ordered. Currently, made to order items are shipped within 1- 2 weeks of completed payment. Please keep in mind we have no control over how quick the products are delivered by the shipping company. We are not responsible once items are shipped due to having no control over shipping company. 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

        A. There are no international sales at this time due to various reasons.

Q. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders/wholesale?

        A. Please contact us at info.cleverlabs@gmail.com for a quote with details of the product(s), quantity, and if you have a specific date you need the product(s) completed.

Q. Are you able to custom a current product with a color not listed or adjust features to a current product.

        A. Depending on the request, we may be able to accommodate custom orders for current product(s). Please provide specific details of the adjustments you would like to info.cleverlabs@gmail.com for a quote.
